Didn't get the PDF email?

Most missing emails are delivery hiccups — try these in order before writing to us.

  1. 01Check the spam / promotions / junk folder. The sender is noreply@repair-rights.com.
  2. 02Search your inbox for "repair-rights" — the link sometimes lands in a thread with the Stripe receipt.
  3. 03Still nothing after 15 minutes? Email refunds@repair-rights.com with your Stripe receipt number — we'll resend the link or refund you, your call.

Quick policies

  • ·Refunds. Yes — if the PDF didn't deliver, was wrong, or you simply changed your mind within 30 days. We refund first and ask questions later. Stripe processes the refund within 5–10 business days.
  • ·Delivery. PDFs arrive by email within 1–2 minutes of payment confirmation. The download link is valid for 30 days. We don't keep your file on our servers — every download regenerates the PDF live.
  • ·Editorial wall. We never accept commissions, sponsorships, or any form of payment from manufacturers we evaluate. If you ever spot a conflict, write in and we'll publish the change.
